After being hired by Lockheed in Burbank, California,
I was assigned to work in the Skunk Works division. I spent five years working
on the SR-71 program, then another sixteen years in various material
departments on the L-1011 program and on several Space and Missile Company programs. Thanks to
Lockheed Martin, I am now enjoying a very satisfying retirement!
