I got the assignment of my life in 1963 to help design a flight
simulator. Later, our work helped to make history. I was technical director for
the design and construction of the Apollo Mission Simulator, built to train the
astronauts to accomplish the Moon mission. It was a decade of wonderful
innovation and accomplishments. I am very proud to have been part of it.
