I worked at Lockheed as an IT technical
team lead from 1978 to 1990. I created the enterprise computer system, GENPLAN,
which aircraft assemblers used to create and assemble parts on airplanes. This
system replaced the one Lockheed was using before this system was created. I
left Lockheed briefly, from 1984 through 1987, to work on the Apache AH-64, the
United States Army helicopter.
