Lockheed Martin has supported the Social Security Administration
for 22 years.
In 2002, an SSA Branch Chief was unhappy because we were behind in
schedule and there was a challenging personality conflict with our head
programmer/lead. I was delighted to have the opportunity to restore trust. I
listened, took notes and took action with our team to develop programming
documentation on three different systems and we turned around a less-than-desirable
situation and delivered everything on time after nine months.
I'm glad to be one part of the Lockheed Martin team, especially
whenever I know my work directly impacts our customer's satisfaction.
