I worked for Lockheed from 1945 to 1970 at the airport in New York,
just after I was released from the Air Force. I was an aircraft mechanic and
later supervisor of the inspection department. We performed aircraft inspection
and maintenance on several type aircraft. We even did the United States presidential
aircraft inspection and repair as required. After Lockheed, I left New York and
went to work for the Federal Aviation Administration.
