I started
working at Martin Marietta September 1960, right out of high school, as a
courier. I then moved to the data processing area, and finally to the computer
operations group. While there, I received my top security level and ran top
security jobs. The group I worked for rewarded me with a trip to Orlando to
watch a Titan missile launch. That was the trip of a lifetime for me, and I
really enjoyed the experience. I retired after 31 years, and really enjoyed the
years spent there. It's the best company I ever worked for—congratulations on
your Centennial!
