In 1965, Lockheed Engineering and Management Services Company was
granted a contract at Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas. I was an
employee there from 1965 to 1977. When the news came that we had lost the JSC contract,
75 percent of the employees in my department had tears in their eyes. Lockheed
was a good company because of its management, and I was very proud to be an
employee for those 12 years. Congratulations on your Centennial!
