Carrying the Legacy Forward

With a company scholarship, my daughter is making a difference in the world
by Robert V.

I was an employee of Martin Marietta Cement from 1967 through 1980. In 1977, my daughter, Diane, became a recipient of a Martin Marietta scholarship. From 1977 to 1981, she attended the Georgia Institute of Technology on this scholarship, graduating with a degree in chemical engineering.

She is presently employed at the Idaho National Laboratory as Deputy Director of the Very High Temperature Reactor (VHTR) Development Office.
