In 1968, I went to work at Ford Aerospace, a heritage
company, in Newport Beach, California. It was right after an eight-year stint
in the Army Airborne and a few years at community college, where I had majored in
metallurgy. I helped on a portion of the Trident missile and many other
projects. I retired from Lockheed Martin after 35 years. It was a wonderful job
and a wonderful company. Thank you, Lockheed Martin!
